Wonderful Caribbean Villa that takes advantage of all Providenciales has to offer.  Set on one of the highest points of the islands Sunrise Ridge Villa has some of the best views on the island of the Turquoise waters of the Caicos banks and the Ocean.   In addition to the incredible views the house is perfectly positioned to get the best of the cooling breezes all year round.  With a large infinity pool, water slide for the kids and outside covered hammock and furniture Sunrise Ridge Villa is the perfect place to relax and soak in the Turks and Caicos Islands.  

Sunrise Ridge consists of 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms
*  Master with a Queen Bed, walk in closets, private balcony and large bathroom.
*  Queen Bed with full private bathroom and large outdoor shower
*  Another Queen Bed, again with a private bathroom and large outdoor shower.

Please note that all bedrooms lead to the pool deck directly. The bedroom setup may not be suitable for young children.

There is a large open plan dining room/living room adjacent to a brand new kitchen with gourmet appliances which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare fantastic meals.  This is not a typical vacation rental as we use it extensively ourselves during the year it is very well equipped and outfitted to a high standard.  There is a 42 inch TV with DVD player, ROKU internet streaming box, computer hookup (HDMI) and surround sound. 

There is a fast wireless internet connection that allows for HD streaming.

The swimming pool is a lap pool and almost 40 feet in length. It also has a nice shallow part good for kids and a thrilling water slide.

Providenciales is a relatively small island.  You will need a car to stay with us due to the lack of public transportation.  This will let you explore all the island has to offer.
